Real Results Satisfaction Guarantee – 6-Month Return Period

We offer a 6-month real results satisfaction guarantee to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. If you have seen no hair growth at all and the cap is not working for you, you may return your LLLT Laser Cap within 6 months from the date of purchase for a full refund.

  • Refund Amount: 100% of the original purchase price.

  • Condition Requirement: The device must be returned in good condition with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original card is expired or canceled, the refund may still be processed if linked to the same bank account. If you want to be refunded in another way, please contact us for further assistance.

To initiate a return, customers must first contact our customer support team at info@folliconlab.com with their order details. Returns will not be processed without prior authorization.

5-Year Warranty – Free Replacements

We provide a 5-year warranty on all LLLT Laser Caps. If your device develops a manufacturing defect or stops working under normal usage conditions, we will replace it free of charge.

  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

  • It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

  • Warranty replacements do not reset the 5-year coverage period.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Any return must be sent using a trackable shipping service to ensure successful delivery.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

    • If the original payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed back to that card.

    • It may take 3-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

    • Transaction fees from payment processors may not be refunded.
